uh did you trying flipping the can opener around? not front and handle from "upside down" typically can openers are not both sided

damnit! I hate people in on a financial forum I look at that are bitching about their mortages because they didnt read the disclosures
stupid fuckers arg. Atleast i get to be smart and point out the reg that says the bank/lender is allowed to do whatever and, yes, you did sign a disclosure agreeing to whatever arggggg |

this one lady was bitching about a bank selling her mortgage to another bank
RESPA - real estate settlement procedures act - requires a disclosure stating how often said bank sells loans and what the probablility of a loan being sold is....as in do they intend to service it or not..its required to be signed by the borrower at closing...its there so a borrower can go someplace else if they dont want a loan to be sold..if the bank does that.. apparently shes the type to not read what she signs..dumb bitch. stupid people piss me off |
