lol screw that...in inf. squad leader's school we had to collectively hump every organic crew-serve through a bunch of obstacles up socal mtns and crap. as the only e-3 in the class, I got stuck with the m2 receiver all jimmyrigged to my ruck...all lop-sided and shit.

mother of fuck!

at least they are rich army...I know some jarheads who still use the ghetto-ass m16a2.

I think his point was reliability. He told me he felt vulnerable too many times with the M4. It would jam even if clean just because it got sand in it from the HMMV ride or if they got in a firefight and it somehow got sand in it that way.

I feel bad for the jarheads having to do door to door stuff with the M16... Having to use that shortbarrel technique has to be annoying.

i commend you on your choice

yeah i think it's prob the one i'll go with first. my friends have a lot of guns so i'll probably go with them out to the range and shoot them all just to be sure there's not something else (that's cheaper heheh) that I might go with instead. The Ruger SP101 is cheaper but they didn't have that at academy so I'll probably shop around and see where I can find it.

fires nice.

looks alotn like mine.

(without laser)

i added a custom grip to mine, it greatly improves the stability and accuracy when i shoot it. several friends on here can vouch for it's performance
