Higher risk of disease because you don't know the medical history of your clients. As with any sex, risk of getting pregnant or getting someone pregnant.

would require heavey regulation so not done in places near children,etc., but then again i guess that'd just fall under the general "moral/social reasons" category. Basically, how you want to form the society. Prositutes would most likely be people from poor familys.

well i'm not saying sex with a prostitute is safe, just saying sex within a relationship isn't necessarily safe either.
