Chicken Sandwich on wheat - 390 cals / 13 fat / 38 carbs / 3 fiber
8 pack of Nuggets - 260 cals / 12 fat / 12 carbs / 0 fiber Large Fruit Cup - 100 cals / 0 fat / 26 carbs / 3 fiber 750 cals / 25 fat / 76 carbs / 6 fiber not too shabby considering it's fried food and tasty as hell. replace the fried sandwich w/the chargrilled and it'll save an extra 120 cals & 9 fat (over 1/3 of the fat for the whole meal). it's a decent amount of carbs but mostly from the fruit. they have a lot of other menu items that aren't bad at all. their salads & wraps are really tasty too. anyhow, was just checking out nutrition info and was slightly surprised by chick fil A's stuff. |

What about a soda?
Isn't the fried part the worst for you (your heart) or is peanut oil better for you? -------------------- "There is a level of cowardice lower than that of the conformist: that of the fashionable non-conformist." |

What about a soda? Isn't the fried part the worst for you (your heart) or is peanut oil better for you? Drinking soda is the way to fats ville. It is better to cut cokes out, if you need caffiene drink plain tea or black coffee. Frying used to be really bad for you. But now a lot of places are using oil without trans fat so it is not AS bad for. Frying is still not good for your heart. Taking this all in account, staying or losing weight is about taking in fewer calories. So if you ate at chick fil a every day and exercised you could lose weight. -------------------- A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?

I love chick fil a, but honestly, I think thats still too high of calorie and fat intake. 25 grams of fat and 750 calories for one meal?!?! Im sorry, but that is too high for efficient weight loss, but it is better when compared to other fast food restaurants. Honestly, going to subway and getting a sandwich without any cheese, mayo, or chips would save you WAY more calories. The only thing that you are splurging on is the bread. Its healthier to eat 3 small meals and a few healthy snacks throughout the day then it is to use up all your calories and fat grams for the day on 2 meals...which is essentially what you would have to do when you spend that many fat grams and calories on one meal.

and jessica, you're probably right as far as too high fat & cals for weight loss for someone your size maybe, but keep in mind i burn about 4000 calories a day with my huge self |

that makes sense i suppose... all i know is that i weigh like 117 and im 5'8. if i eat chick fil a too often, i start to notice it heh. i just dont think that chick fil a is the healthiest thing to be eating for weight loss. on the other hand, if you have to eat out for lunch that is the way to go

Tiny bitches freak out when they realize how much a bigger person can eat with no adverse affects.
A lot of what people notice from a fast food binge is the sodium intake, making you keep so much water weight. -------------------- QUOTE (Lance) now we have some dude from argentina wondering how to fuck dogmeat |
