the cable input on my tv apparently has gotten torn off. It is that metal bit where you screw the cable wire on, and the metal thing just got torn off the inside of the tv. Also, the wire that goes into that metal bit also got torn off, and so i cnat just glue it back on and get cable. Any ideas on how to fix this or where i can get this fixed, since the tv is pretty much useless without it.

if you have A/V inputs you can hook up a cheap VCR and use it to change channels.

Just look up "tv repair" in the yellow pages. You'll find someplace to take it to. Get an estimate first, though, as it might end up being cheaper to just get a new tv.
