and im sure there are more things than thanksgiving and warmth and family in november.

lets take a peek...

1974 - Hello Kitty, was first drawn by Japanese Sanrio designer Ikuko Shimizu.

1999 - A six-storey apartment block collapses in Foggia, Italy, killing 62.
2004 - Yasser Arafat dies, Palestinian leader, recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize (b. 1929)
2003 - Michael Jackson is arrested by police on charges of child molestation.
2004 - Korean Research team announce that they have used cord blood stem cells to regrow a parapeligic's spinal cord. Patient walks for the first time in 19 years.
1963 nov 25th - President John F. Kennedy is buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
1970 - Douglas Engelbart receives the patent for the first computer mouse.
1974 - The skeleton of "Lucy", a 3.18 million years old female hominid, of the genus Australopithecus, was discovered in the Afar Triangle of Ethiopia.
1984 - Over 250 years after their deaths, William Penn and his wife Hannah Callowhill Penn are made honorary citizens of the United States.
2000 - The eighth tar drop falls in the University of Queensland pitch drop experiment. (bet you didnt know tar has 100 billion times the viscosity of water?)
1941 - SS chief Heinrich Himmler orders the arrest and deportation to concentration camps of all homosexuals in Germany, with the exception of certain top Nazi officials.

a full weekend before or after halloween is pretty pointless in my opinion. almost like having a halloween party midnovember.

im going to suggest the 27th (friday) or the 28th (saturday). game weekend so if you have friends coming up tell them to bring a costume
