Why so serious?

Anyone ever experienced this?

How long did it last? How severe was it?

I've had random bouts of it for the past few weeks. Today was so bad I had to leave work/skip class and vomitted at home. Blah.

I think part of it is dehydration...I know I need to drink more water. BLAH

I've proven that you can cause this by rough sex.

But the solution then, and possibly now, is for you to see a doctor and get some pills.

i have it all the time. had it for years. mine is either from an ear infection cuz my damn ears hurt all the time lately and pop and shit or from a minor heart murmur i have.

do your ears hurt?

or do you just feel really flushed and hot and dizzy and shit?

i would go to a doc if i were you

i had it when i first moved to texas. it sucks.

i just thought i was sick, but i kept getting really dizzy and puking, so i went to the doctor and got some pills. i really can't remember what they gave me, but it stopped after a couple of days of taking them.

i just remember the doctor telling me that it's always good to get balance/dizziness problems checked out because vertigo could be a sign of more serious inner ear problems or even MS

Dehydration and vitamin defeciency was the cause, I believe. (didn't go to the quack shack...if it happens again I will).

Drank a bunch of water yesterday, ate a couple bananas, and I felt fine after like 10 minutes of doing so.

I've actually started drinking normal amounts of water periodically today, and from here on out. Heh, coffee & beer are NOT substitutes for water!

I've had the same kind of thing going on with me. Monday I felt like crap and was achy and such, and then yesterday I was really light headed and almost passed out at work. My boss insisted that I go to the doctor. The dr. told me that I was severely dehydrated and threatened to put me in the hospital if I didn't start drinking more fluids.

I started drinking lots of water yesterday evening and today I feel much better. I'm going to have to start drinking more than my usual 1-1.5 bottles of water a day though.
