How reliable is it for buying/selling things? Does it work like other online stuff where it gets shipped to you, or what?

usually all packages you buy are shipped to nuuk, greenland as per the terms of service

Craig's List is for local buying and selling, so people would come to your house or you'd go to theirs to drop off/pick up stuff.
