the only time i saw/met had any interactionw ith Gov. Richards:
i was in 4th or 5th grade, and she came to Abilene. My mom pulled me and my brother out of school so we could to go the civic center and meet her, since a lot of people were going and what not. anyway, she's going around shaking hands with everyone and then when it comes to my brother and i she says something like "i dont have time for these kids" in a pretty rude way. that's my only experience with her and i'll never forget that. she was rude as shit. anyway, i'm sure she did good things. rip and all that. -------------------- ![]() |
