just found www.viidoo.com and right as I logged on Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit were talking about TTU vs UTEP. They of course pick TTU and then Corso goes on to say that we have a really good chance to battle Texas for the Big 12 title this year. heh.

Far too many factors to determine that all this early, but since UT has to play Nebraska , then Tech in away games at the end of October.....and its possible that those games could really hurt them, but who knows. osu's playing consistent, texas isn't. That colt kid seems too green still, but he's handling filling vince young's shoes better than i certainly would, i know that.

McCoy played as well as he possibly could. He was standing strong and making passes as defenders were about to annihilate him. Total props to him.
In the end, it was just a matter of the simple truth - Ohio State is a better team. Their defense was able to step up better in totality, and their offense was able to move the ball more effectively. Absolutely no shame on Texas for that loss. McCoy is going to walk away with a lot of lessons from this game. He's gonna be a hungry bastard for the next few years......
