that was for Brandon and I dont think I like movies based on real life tragedy either..... except for Schindler's List. I cant get over how awesome that movie is. If all tragic events were depicted like that in movies, then I wouldnt be against them. Problem now is that it is just a bunch of big name actors trying to make a multimillion dollar paycheck off of a something horrific. |

ABC made the thing controversial on purpose... it gets them ratings. I'm sure other networks will follow suit eventually. They'll make up stuff for the roles of important govt officials and even though they'll call it a drama they'll present it in such a way that people will think it's a documentary.
The Discovery Channel had a great documentary/drama on the WTC a few days ago (called "Inside the Twin Towers"). Very well done imho. The pentagon one was kinda boring though. |
