The actions of the driver in the white van almost got a car ran into. Also, you don't know if there was anyone in the car or if it was broke down on the side of the road with the driver not present. -------------------- Spam? Isn't that something poor people eat?

QUOTE (John6.7 @ Mar 1 2006, 06:45 PM) Your point? My point is that they weren't going slow. They were going the speed limit - the fastest they were legally allowed to drive. When you accept your driver's license, you kind of obligate yourself to following these traffic laws. -------------------- Spam? Isn't that something poor people eat?

QUOTE (John6.7 @ Mar 1 2006, 06:45 PM) Your point? you're wrong? and in texas it isn't illegal, it's not considered a roadblock unless it actually keeps traffic from moving on the road; this is how it was legal (albiet stupid) when the DPD did it in dallas for a whole 2 or 3 weeks before they realized it was a waste of manpower, time, and energy. furthermore, there isn't a judge in the land that would charge them guilty for obeying the law. -------------------- WAIT. I'm not finished.

What isn't illegal? I think you are talking to the wrong person about that. All I'm trying to saying is that people that don't go with the flow of trafic cause problems. |
