Go to a supplement store and get Glucosamine, MSM, Hyaluronic Acid, and Chondroitin.

Most brands combine Glucosamine + Chondroitin and Hyalauronic Acid + MSM in one pill so you'll only have to buy two supplements to get all four.

I used a Glucosamine supplement and Hyaluronic Acid + MSM supplement to help heal an overuse injury in my knee, worked great. Never tried Chondroitin but most people swear by it.

You can find all these in the joint health aisle.

those work for me as well.

Get some of this:

A tasty fizzing drink.

My friend May uses those emergen-C's I would take up a different form of exercise, less shock. Try swimming, so we all can spy on dogmeat in the raw.

I had knee problems once. They spontaneously healed, it was great.

wearing a brace, changing my workouts into more intervals, and cutting my mileage per week helped me when i had severe knee shit. when it comes back just wear the brace for a few workouts and it has been doing pretty well for the past few years

Last time I had knee problems the doctor wanted to give me cortizone shots. It sounded odd so I declined. Supposedly it helps inflamation which may be causing the pain.

Or just have Dr. Hashemi's grad students make you a new knee.

Drug Emporium on 82nd street near Slide Road is the best place...only $7.99 for any 30-pack box whereas Marketstreet (or other places) charge anywhere from $9.99-16.99 a box!
