At least 23 missiles pounded south Beirut Sunday, killing at least 15 people. About 20 of them hit during a two-minute period as the Israeli Cabinet was endorsing the UN cease-fire. An Associated Press photographer saw the body of a one child being carried from the debris. Meanwhile, Israel's army says Hezbollah fired more than 250 rockets into northern Israel Sunday. That's the most since fighting began more than a month ago. One of the rockets hit a house, killing one person and wounding two others.
