I agree with you.  It's wrong for Hamas/Hezbollah to kill innocent civilians.  It's also wrong for Israel to do the same.

I mean, it's like watching an old married couple argue for hours over something because neither side is willing to admit that they've ever done anything wrong.  Only instead of it involving the air conditioner or grandpa's driving, it involves innocent lives and violence.

2 things are wrong with your post.

1) People can hate each other without killing each other

2) You are mistaking a religion and an ethnicity. Arabs are not necessarily Muslim. Many of the Arabs in the US today are from Lebanon where a large portion of their Arab population is Christian, not Muslim. Arabs and Israelis dont hate each other.... Muslims and Jews usually do.

The holocaust happened because the germans ran out of money/space for the jews, I believe they originally wanted to use most of the jewish population for menial tasks and basic slavery shit but when it didn't pan out the way they thought it would they started killing jews. I like to think that the muslims and jews that are living in America are well educated and understand that differences are quite alright. It's the muslims and jews in the Middle East that are "programmed" to hate each other. This of course goes more for the radicalist muslims who are raised from childhood to hate and kill jews. They train daily for the moment they'll have to blow innocents to smithereens. They don't have any other options. Their leaders, their religious figures, tell them that anyone NOT muslim is an infidel and should be destroyed. It's like being a german child in nazi germany during WWII. YOU HAD TO LIKE HITLER. If you didn't, you died.


I watched that interesting documentary (i think on the history channel) where Israeli intelligence interrogated the suicide bombers that failed in their missions. Fascinating what kinds of things their led to believe. They actually think the world is pure evil and Allah wants us destroyed.

When you take a society where the individual has no identity, throw in leaders who preach religion and equal themselves to it, you get radicalists who want to make a place for themselves in the world because that's all they have. That's the ultimate weapon they have. Their people are uneducated and isolated. And all they have to believe is what their leaders tell them.

What is really bad is that "we" (read, the west) want to install democratic governments in some of these places, the problem is, the party that's going to be elected is usually the one that is the most "radical". I put it in " because I hate using that word to describe these people.
