It says that most of the weapons found were manufactured pre 1991, however he [Saddam] had an infrastructure in place that were sanctions to be lifted could and would have been producing chemical WMD's at a significant rate. -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

I didn't believe the administrations' stretching/exaggerations made about Iraq's capabilities...
See: 'have "X number" (something like 500 liters or what have you) containers of Sarin nerve gas ready to be launched in missles at U.S. targets/interests within a 45 minute period' and other bullshit claims like the whole nuclear materials from Nigeria. -------------------- |
