Moral of the post... the hippies don't care about free speech, and they only have rallies to cause trouble, forcing the govt to intervene, so they can then cry about what the govt does.
ie 1. Hippie holds rally with highly controversial subject, gets hundreds of other hippies to show up. 2. Hippie knows the subject is controversial enough to get violence out of at least some people. 3. Hippie knows that starting petty violence will result in videos on the news of hippies being beat down by riot police. 4. Hippie uses this type of video as an "example" of the govt curtailing their free speech rights. |

On second thought, I just went to the official KKK website... all of their members should be drawn and quartered for choosing a webmaster who is apparently the equivalent of a 13-year-old with ADD, a geocities account, and html knowledge gleaned from a few furitive glances at "HTML for Dummies" in Barnes & Noble. *shudders*

attempting to incite violence, public disruption, blocking traffic, loitering, jaywalking are what most tickets/arrests are for in protest occasions. if you were able to somehow control all those aspects with a large group of people then no cops could stop you... theoretically. but there is no place in america where you can do that
