he deserves it if he wasn't wearing a helmet. I have seen way to many pictures of accidents of people who didnt wear a helmet then to think twice about not wearing one.

I perfer not to wear one, they smell bad and it feels good without it on. Halfs will keep your skull together but you're face will get shreaded. Full helmet is the way to go, but i still don't like them.
