I had some "sushi salad". Cucumber, red bell pepper, carrot, avocado, and mung bean sprouts with a "dressing" of soy sauce and wasabi. Yum!

ah i got mine from sams club, dont know what brand it was, but come to think of it it is sort of hard to screw up lasagna if you throw in a bunch of cheese, pasta, beef, and tomato sauce
