anybody know of a free program that will convert a wav file to mp3? i have a couple of sound clips that i want to put on my phone, but i can only transfer mp3 files.

go to www.download.com and search for wav2mp3
I used to ise it a long time ago but i immagine you can still get it. -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

you'll probably need the blade or LAME mp3 encoder with whatever program you use. google will show you the way.
