It's not the same as reproduction in a living thing that performs metabolism and all that good stuff, which I think these guys are saying they have. I just skimmed the article but I don't think I saw anything about metabolism and other requirements to make these things a true lifeform. Not sure. Could just be some crazy shit in the grey area, like viruses. Pretty cool stuff though, a few of my friends and I are microbiology majors -------------------- I'm huuUUUUUuuunnngggrryyy
