i have pretty rough feet from doing sports and walking barefoot all thetime when i was younger. this was back when i was in my top shape. every saturday id do my long run about 13-16 miles and i happen to be running on the treadmill with relatively new shoes. i manage to almost finish sucking up the pain from my heels being rubbed raw but just got too pissed to continue with the shoes and angry about having my shoes stop me from finishing. i remember jumping off the treadmill taking off my socks and shoes and hurling them across the workout room. the first mile felt really weird but after that my feet were just kind of buzzing adn warm feeling so it didnt bother me so much. at the end it wasnt a bad feeling at all but my feet were hot, smelt like burnign adn totally black at the end

i used to run around the woods up north when i was little

i had tough (and dirty) feet..i had a "feet washing" bin i had to use before i was allowed back into my grandparents house

but the toughness has gone away since then

yeah, i used to have really extreme temperature tollerant feet. Back in the summers in El Paso, I would walk to my grandma's house on the sidewalk barefoot in like 105 degree weather. I would do the same when it was cold outside. I used to love it. Now, my feet hurt if its cold in the house and I dont wear socks.

Maybe two years agoish, Cathryn was running around 5 miles a day then her big days were like 9 or 10 ? I don't even remember. It was crazy cause that wasn't even her at her prime at all, she was still working up to it.



I'm gonna do my part to get her back into it though. I'm already going to force her to run when she comes to Austin next.



Bicep days are fun cause after a while they get all swoll up with my forearms, and its kinda fuzzy feeling and hard to do any more lifting - the bicep and forearm collide.

i just want my arms to look like that again. i was a bit on the thin side when that pic was taken but when i went to the lady to get my hair done she told me 'damn girl you cut'
i just want that again!

I think you look better with a little more meat on you than that - but you can still get your arms a bit like that. I think I'll make you do some pushups also or somethin !
