Ooo I bet. Those full body routines ain't no joke.


That's one thing I like about my weightlifting schedule, soreness of a muscle group generally won't interfere with the next few days of lifting. A sore chest really won't hurt my bicep lifts, blah blah blah

i try to do a full body thing every other day or so..and some type of cardio or something the other days

i have this silly dance tape that i feel sutpid doing (even alone) but i do it anyways laugh.gif
