are they asian peoples cooking asian people food?

asian people will either act like they don't speak english, smile and nod, then close the door in your face.... or say 'soo sorry', try to feed you their chicken ammonia dish and convince you it really isn't that bad. then your stomache will hate you and you'll die. :-)
