I actually accidentally hung up on one ofmy calls today >.< I was throwing around a raquet ball and it hit the power button on the call box and dropped the call. I was laughing pretty hard too.

BTW, everyone should come work for Wells Fargo. Yeah, it's a dull call center job as well and yes, cross selling sucks. But we get paid shitloads more and actually get treated like human beings.

Our Sups can only live monitor us. So, it's something that you do once, ever. They can't actually go back and monitor our actions for the day past, they HAVE to do it right then and there.
