Privacy hasn't existed in this country since 1989. Get over it people.
If you use any form of electronic financial services, tax filing, etc, you're being spied on. If you have a social security number you're being spied on. wasn't this discussed a really long time ago? good God people they spied on like 500 people. it was probably a spur of the moment thing and they thought there was a real threat. it makes sense for immediate action if the threat is bad enough.
