If the mother refuses visitation to the father, call the DA. The DA can halt payments and file official complaints. and some advice, make the child exchange take place in a neutral, safe environment ... like a police department or courthouse |

That sort of controlled costs arrangement that is being mentioned here does not consider all the costs associated with raising a child. There are shared costs with the child and the parent such as transportation, housing, food etc. Things that are shared between the two so sorry, it's not going to be all or nothing.
But honestly, if you don't want to run the risk of a child. No matter how many precautions you take you ALWAYS have the chance of creating a child unless you just are abstaining. Passage of this bill would be detrimental to children's rights, rights of women and set back women's rights to a time most just shouldn't even consider. Something like this won't happen. Stop dreaming guys. |
