when was the last time you were in el paso? because honestly the city has made drastic changes in the last 5 years. stick to the far east side of town and the city actually is really nice. i just dont like the abundance of mexicans and the lack of rain.

weather in el paso can be better at times. it just depends. when its windy, its worse in el paso, but we have a lot more days that are warm. THere are mountains in the middle of the city so that makes it a complete opposite of Lubbock. I guess they have their similarities, but if I had to pick a city to spend more than 4 years in, I would pick El Paso over Lubbock anyday.

it's windy like 1-2 weeks/year and maybe only 1-2 days of that are winds over 30mph

ep has a tendency to blow the impact of their weather out of proportion

there could be a .0001% chance of rain

and the news makes it seem like its gonna be a rain of biblical proportions
