i can run 4 miles and then just start breaking a sweat at an average of 7.5 minute miles. its all relative to fitness and water intake. but to say you are a lazy slob if you dont stink up a whole building at the end of a day doesnt really stand up to reality

i usually run in a tshirt and shorts, what's the advantage of sweating more except cooling off more? the sweats would just cancel out the cooling off factor anyways
