whats a good pfw class to take? im signing up because it might be the only way to make me go to the rec consistently

i actually want a class that will be a challenge in the workout department

edit: i do NOT need any type of credit. i am taking it because i want to and therefore want it to be physically challenging while being fun

take a dance class. call and advisor and see which ones count. the dance class I took kicked my ass. Most of them count for a pf&w class. you might want to try modern dance or ballet. I took Jazz dance. it was fun, but hella hard

I just messaged you back on pm. if you dont need the credit, definitely do a dance class. if you can, do one over the summer. 2 hours, 2 times a week.

cant take scuba because i dont want to go to class wet ten mins later (or with wet hair)

right now im enrolled in adventure activities. anyone know anything about it? the description mentions rock climbing and the ropes course. sounds exciting if nothing else. and if its not physically challenging, ill just stay and run or something after class.

i'd rather go to class after just having been in a pool than after rock climbing or doing a ropes course.

chlorine smell > sweat smell

chlorine smell > sweat smell

its not the smell because the esc pool locker room does have showers. its the timing - the fact that i wont have time to shower and dry my hair (see my hair thread on why this is important) and then trek across campus to my next classes and then work a few more hours before getting to go home... so i either have to schedule a break to make myself presentable enough to go to work (which is wear the timing conflict with classes comes in) or i have to run across campus to make it to class in time (at which point i smell like chlorine AND sweat!)

the esc is too freakin isolated from buildings like the ba. theres NO WAY to make it from one to the other in 10 mins.

plus i did sand vball one semester and was able to cool down and change clothes and get to work in about 10-15 mins so i think its easier than being completely soaked.
