im dying to know. earlier you said you hadnt been to fry's in 3 years. Keep digging that idiot hole. you sure are getting deep as it is.

i didn't know going to fry's somehow endows you with computer knowledge. also considering i've lived in lubbock for over eight years, and lubbock has no fry's... well, i'll let the philosopher in you conclude that one.

well next time i'm in one of those stores, i'll make doubly sure to go to the mac section and look at and study every item, so i'm better prepared for these forums.

QUOTE (impala454 @ Apr 5 2006, 04:35 PM)
how does the fact that you can use a 2 button mouse on a mac change the fact that they still ship macs w/a 1 button mouse?

hmmm.. worst case scenario... could it be one of those, gee, iunno, marketing ploys? you notice that the "mighty mouse" is retardedly expensive, apple's hoping people ditch the regular mouse and buy the mighty mouse if they really must have a two-button mouse. Most mac users don't seem to have a problem with one button.

Granted, you don't have to buy into the whole shindig and buy the mighty mouse, you could use an el-cheapo from walmart for 5-10 bucks. It's up to you.

I don't get what kind of point you're trying to make. So they ship with one button mice? So what?

When you were languishing in rooms I built to foul you in
And when the wind set down in funnel form and pulled you in

I don’t need to walk around in circles
walk around in circles
walk around in circles
walk around in

When the ghostly dust of violence traces everything
And when the gas runs out just wreck it, you insured the thing

But I can’t sigh now that you made the move
It has gone and gone to dogs, lay down on the floor
For the right price I can get everything
Slip into the car, go driving to the farthest star
