Hate to be an ass, but you should have known full well the scenarios of marrying into the military. It's no surprise at all, actually. I love this life. To throw in my face what I once said, when clearly the circumstances are very different now than they used to be, is quite assholish.
It sucks, but it shouldn't come as a surprise. ---- Back to your original post: you'd love Germany. Had several friends stationed there and they enjoyed their deployments immensely. |

I guess I'll actually post something legit in this thread.
What would make me happiest? Well, it does fall sort of under the cliche "good job" ideal. I'd love to be able to make my living solely as a professional MMA fighter, then trainer/coach. I have no delusions of grandeur here...I understand I've started out 0-2 as a professional. But if I can turn the corner and make enough money to be comfortable and enjoy life, then that would be my ideal situation. I actually enjoy coaching/training others just as much as fighting, so that's my "retirement" plan...lol. -------------------- |

I understand I've started out 0-2 as a professional. i'm curious as to if this has motivated the hell out of you in your current and future training to get that first win, or if it has frustrated you and made you rethink things? i can see it going both ways. -------------------- Don't sweat the petty, pet the sweaty.

Its not assholish to tell you that your position changed, what would be assholish would be saying you deserve it. -------------------- Southern Rock, beer and bears!

well...to tell the truth, i really like my job (not necessarily where i have a job, but that's beside the point). i would say that it would be nice to have more opportunities to perform tho, hopefully that will change once i A)get my bass playin chops up, and when I
i would like to live closer to friends however....not a lot of people our ages here that arent the kind of people initially described by Brandon (lazy ass welfare fuckjobs) -------------------- Brandon....you're the reason I'm pro-choice.

Initially after the loss, emotions made me think the second option. But once the dust settled and my head cleared....it motivated (and still motivates) the everburning hell out of me. -------------------- |
