Finally under contract on the house. Got the inspection done today and everything is A-OK. Got some pics on the iphone.

There are also three bedrooms upstairs, but I didn't take pics of 'em. Not a lot to see.

Very nice, Christine. I really like the backyard a lot. Do you guys plan on doing anything to the house once you buy it? Like painting the rooms, new appliances, etc.?

now just rip up the carpet and have either the original wood flooring (if it's in good shape) or wood laminate.

Fuck carpet. =)

And yes, that backyard is very VERY nice. Great looking kitchen too.

Some paint, definitely new fridge (since there isn't one... lol). Other stuff we'll do further down the line.

This was addressed in asdf. wink.gif Master, two offices, guest bedroom. Guest bedroom will become kid's room whenever we have one... in 5 years or so.
