Scary new bio-terrorism stuff? Options

So I was reading this article and came across some pretty scary stuff. It's from an interview of the president's science advisor.

ScienceInsider: Were you troubled by the recent National Academies' report that one in six life scientists say they have self-censored some of their research because of security concerns, and is there anything you can do?
Holdren: That is a tough one. I think security concerns in the biological domain are real, and we cannot be cavalier about the propagation of findings that could be used by terrorists to harm us. But what the right approach to managing those risks is, is something we'll continue to struggle with. There was self-censoring within the nuclear physics community in the late '30s and '40s, when it became clear to scientists that there was potential for weapons of vast destructive power. And I think that was a good thing.

So... biological research with implications so profound these scientists feel the need to censor themselves? common cold + aids here we come...

So what's the rest of your prediction? Bio-terror attack, then Obama blames X, and then we go after X? Who is X? By "islamic nuts hiding in a cave" who are you referring to? We're pretty much already in a defacto state of war with all islamic nuts in caves, so what will be the point of the govt sponsored attack?

lol I knew you'd need to come up with something better... Only flaw is, Obama doesn't need a terrorist attack as an excuse for martial law & weapon confiscations. He's working on it right now by trying to socialize everything. He'll do that first and then start trying to take away our 2nd amendment rights.
