Personally, I don't neccessarily believe that dogmeat's avatar required a mod decision because it was pretty small and hard to distinguish. However, I do believe dogmeat deserved to get flack for it, as it is a bit assholish and discourteous (as KC pointed out) to have something that borderlines on porn.

I'm with Will on this - that we really shouldn't have to cater to your needs when you are using the internet as a priviledge at work.
However, the board's rules do have the final say if we wish to participate. Anyways - if my avatar is borderline or nsfw or somethin - just say it and I'll change it. I really like that one, but I agree that people should just turn avatars off at work....but oh well. Keeping an animated gif next to my name isn't taking a stand and showing the man.
