long story short, invited her over to try out my cooking (pork chops off the grill). turns out she's Catholic. actually I knew this beforehand, but don't keep up with all the Lent stuff, I've been a Baptist my whole life
so basically I handed her the single easiest rejection excuse ever. oh well. |
