Does anyone know what that surgery to help people breathe through their noses properly is called? Like if you have a snoring problem or you just can't breathy correctly through your nose?

There are a variety of surgeries that you might be thinking of: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_apnea#S...al_intervention

people with huge necks like lineman and stuff and have sleep apnea and sometimes get their tonsils and even some part of their throat removed. supposed to make a huge difference in sleep and breathing in general.

there was a procedure on the news tonight called the "piller procedure" where they put little things (pillars) in your soft pallete to stretch it out or something... recommended for mild cases and such
