ummm scoring 100 points on a "special needs" school is pretty lame. especially (according to the article) considering they were still going for 3 pointers up to the end, just to get 100.

ok....i get that one, but shouldn't there some sort of regulations even in TAPPS that could prevent some poor "differently abled" athletes from being placed in these sorts of positions ....granted dyslexia is an issue that many MANY atheletes have to deal with and are successful with....not that dyslexia or ADHD arent serious (hell i see it every day in my classes and it messes with some kids pretty bad), but if it were some issues of mental retardation or something i could be a bit more sympathetic.

You know what's lame? The dumbass who greenlighted a high school girl's basketball program at a school with a population of 28 females.

And these bitches had ADHD, not wheelchair bound Down's Syndrome. Their "learning differences" had little to do with their success compared to the fact the available talent pool at the school was probably 5-10% of other high schools

While many children with ADHD have no other issues, many children who have severe forms of ADHD also have (sometimes undiagnosed) a small case of cerebral palsy.... so when a school accepts children with learning disorders, there are many times physical disorders that couple that mental challenge.

SO, THEY DESERVE SPECIAL TREATMENT BECAUSE THEY'RE RETARDS PLAYING A NORMAL SPORT? we have to ruin the game for everyone else, the opposing team, the fans watching, because a bunch of invalids wanna feel "not so invalid" fuck that. they better get used to the fact that they disadvantaged, BECAUSE THEY ARE! and these girls weren't even all that "special needs" inexperienced with basket ball, but they don't seem to be that upset over the loss. just because the school is embarrassed and ashamed of them enough to require issuing an "apology" doesn't mean they are ashamed of themselves. i give props to the losing team for playing the full game to the best of their ability. the other team did the same. thats what fucking sports are all about.

i agree that the game shouldnt have even been scheduled in the first place if it was from kids with true disabilities...but yeah we dont know if it was just "any normal kid with adhd" or kids with more severe stuff. oh well.
