A couple of friends in phoenix do underwriting in residential real estate. In these "tough" times they are still pulling in 150k a year.

I told Chris about the Great Barrier Reef job and he told me to apply... laugh.gif We have about a month to put together a video; am wondering if I should get some scuba shots (somewhere OTHER than Lake Travis). biggrin.gif

And yes, I realize that getting the job is extremely unlikely, but why the hell not apply?

Though in the very unlikely event that I'm shortlisted for the job, we'd have to change the wedding date... the in-person interview starts on May 3rd. laugh.gif

I'm not really close to that yet. In fact, I'm significantly less than a third of that and I probably can't move up much without a degree
