I need to get some consistency back in my workouts.
For the last year it's like I'll go a month or two at most, get loaded on creatine, be doing really well and making gains, then I won't be able to be in the gym for a month. I am hoping with this new job I'll be able to lift consistently 4 days a week. I'd really like to be at my current body weight but a solid %10 body fat ![]() -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

Hey Blue,
I had to not workout for a month because of my Hair Transplant (soo vain I know!) to avoid the scar streaching. I have just been hitting the treadmill for 30 mins and doing light machines. Probably go full swing in the beginning of December, and get on some suppliments (found my old bottle of NOexplode.) -------------------- Southern Rock, beer and bears!

I seriously might get one of those some day ... my hair is just getting retarded these days. it just keeps creeping back farther farther ... and I hate it and want it to die. I wanna be able to grow metal hair again dammit! -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

What about diet, what are you guys eating? I'm not really watching my diet all that much, but I'll get some extra protein with an egg white omlette, a lot of meat, and a good amount of pasta for carbs. I went to go work out with a trainer today and he was saying that regular pasta was bad. I'm eating about 2 servings/day 5 days a week. He told me to go get some brown rice pasta that's suppose to be better. Cooked it up today, and it's just not the same. Anything besides regular durham and semolina pasta is just bad. Had some whole wheat pasta, multi grain pasta, but they're all just crappy.

i am the wrong guy to ask about diet.
my diet is absolutley horrible ... it's all over the place. If I could get my diet under control I'd probably be a lot healthier and stronger than I am. I do know one thing though, whatever you do, don't eat fast food. -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

It's SO much better than other whole wheat/mult-grain pasta I've had. -------------------- |

I seriously might get one of those some day ... my hair is just getting retarded these days. it just keeps creeping back farther farther ... and I hate it and want it to die. I wanna be able to grow metal hair again dammit! Here is a time line for a ht -7 days - Give up Drinking/ Working out 0 to +3 days - No work, recovery. (these days suck) +7 days - Stitches out of scar line. +10 days - Any swelling stops (except slight due to heavy workout) +2 to 4 weeks - ~80% of transplanted hair falls out (~20% chance of shock loss at scar) These hairs will grow back +4 months 0- Substantial Hair starts growing at this point. nerves at both donor and recipient site should be back to normal. +4 to 16 months - Full growth of hair is achieved. I am at the 1 month point right now. I started working out last week and have been doing it lightly. I think my hairline will look good when its done. Will have pictures at 2 months post op. -------------------- Southern Rock, beer and bears!

Have you tried Ronzoni Healthy Harvest pasta? It's SO much better than other whole wheat/mult-grain pasta I've had. I've given up on whole wheat and multi-grain pasta. Only tried this one because it was brown rice pasta. The texture just isn't there, and the "Al Dente" isn't quite the same. Oh well, normal pasta it is for me. -------------------- Beers that I have had, updated July 5th, 2009: 1,548

I don't know why everyone thinks pasta is the devil. If you workout, pasta is GREAT for you. The thing that is bad for you is all the high fat stuff people put on top of pasta. Eat plain pasta... or cook low-fat things to put on it. It's a great source of workout energy.
