So far very few reviews, but they've been pretty good. Looks like a good phone. Probably wait until the end of next month, a bunch of new smart phones are coming out soon. Blackberry Storm, Samsung Omnia, and the HTC Touch Pro(supposedly a few other carriers will have this phone as well).

picked mine up on launch day (sunday), and its fucking amazing! way smaller and sexier than portrayed in the photos too. i thought i would get rid of the touchflo 3d interface when i got it, but its actually pretty slick and the phone has enough power to run it with juice to spare. battery life is the only thing i'd like to see improved, and thats not a huge issue, since theyre coming out with higher capacity ones next month...

although i thought i might add, sprint removed the FM radio from their handset. Apparently the AT&T version (the fuze) still has it though.

don't call me out son, you be wrong. Sprint's price was decent though, it was as predicted. Even without a plan at Sprint it's only $579. (~$299 after contract upgrade and MIR)

i went to pick one up today, but i only qualified for the 75 dollar rebate and no mail in rebates, so I declined. I was also pissed because the preach "loyalty perks" but they wouldn't bump me to premium even after I explained to them that if they sold me the phone i'd up my plan and they'd get more money in the long run, or they could not sell me the phone at that price and lose a customer in a few months.

When I posted it those prices on October 31st, it was something that Best Buy was doing, but the deal is now dead when Sprint stores started to carry it. At that moment my information was correct. I didn't jump in on the deal, but here's proof that other people had.

I may get the HTC Touch Pro on Sprint, mainly because Sprint has a better All You Can Eat data plans that the other carriers. I still think I'll hold out until the end of the month just to see what else may show up.

notice on the reciept it still says regular price is $749 -- wtf, still $200 more than retail at sprint without any plan or contract... (my point in the first place, and i did check BB.com initially before the 31st. this argument has become stupid in the face of an awesome phone though, so lets agree to drop it.)

and yeah, so far AT&T Fuze = FM Radio, but sprint's data package is better.

Now I'm not sure what to do. Reading more reviews, poor battery life from the wimpy 1350mah, no standard headphone jack, sluggish(not sure whether the processor isn't fast enough or WM6.1 fault), and a bit bulky.

the sluggishness is a lie, although i do reccomend tweaking the cache for touchflo (not an issue if you don't use touchflo at all), and the phone is actually very slim, in my opinon. it's no RazrV3, obviously, but it's the smallest smartphone that isn't an iphone. for a phone with a keyboard it's about as small as it's gonna get. plus the way it's designed kinda fools the eye into looking smaller. you really have to just see one in person, and the demo units don't count, they're all tied down with so much steel bolting them to the display that it just doesn't convey right.

And the processor is just fine. runs 528mhz default.

Only issues i have are the battery, which rumors on the ppcgeeks/xda-dev(i forget which) forums say that new radio firmware will be fixing soon, not to mention i'm sure we'll see plenty of extended life batteries coming out soon, and the headphone jack (both earbuds with the special connector and an adapter dongle are included, but yeah, there's not much that doesn't irk me on that)

I have noticed that the battery seems to need a good burn-in time or whatever you want to call it.a few good full-charge/discharge cycles really seem to make a difference.
