Explain how, if he even were muslim, how would he magically enact sharia law?

I don't have to research anything. You have the burden of proof. Instead of posting links tell me how Obama is going to circumvent the constitution and enact "sharia law". I don't give a flip if he's Muslim, Christian, atheist, Jewish etc.
