Ok, I know the new "thing" is stuff like NOXplode, NaNo Vapor, Black Magic, all this stuff ...
And I keep seeing more and more of these "pre-workout" energy drinks that are also "vascular expanders" and all this crap in order to basically make you look bigger than you are .. Needless to say, I've been drinking the NOXplode stuff on and off for about a year now and have tried the other varients. I know that most of this stuff is NCAA-legal (specifically NOXplode), so I am assuming that even with continuous use it's relativley harmless. .. But, I keep seeing all this new stuff, "SuperPump 250", blah blah blah ... How do you tell what this stuff is, what it does, and what the side effects are? I know GNC likes to market this stuff as "legal hardcore" supplements and whatnot, and that's actually what I kinda like about the NOXplode is that it's ____NOT____ some kind of hardcore steroid thing... I actually like the stuff, because it's like an energy drink with a little kick ... But, what I can't find, is any real scholarly medical analysis of this stuff ... All this stuff and it's "vascular expanding" properties and stuff kinda leave me guessing .. What does it do to your heart? What does it do to your lungs? Is it harmful taking it continuously for months at a time? Does anyone here know anything about these things? The ony things I can come up with searching on the internet are advertisements and shit ... no real information exists on them
