honestly i don't see it that way. if you start to look at this chick's track record, she fits mccain very well. has stood up to major republican players several times, but still maintains a very conservative set of views. picking a previous pres candidate would be too overpowering imho. we don't want a dual president. haha and she's pretty easy on the eyes for a 44 year old governor
edit: let me add, yes I do think partially it was to help get female fence sitters, but only a small part. not so much a "desperate move" |
