There's a slight possibility that I may be moving to Dallas some time in the next year or two. My job would be located downtown, just off of 45 around Crockett St (I know, suckage). What are some good areas to live?

you're not welcome here. gtfo!

(frisco/colony has a lotta cheap but very nice stuffs right now, but it's far away from everything in dallas, plano is rather expensive, but definately has a few things to look into. If you don't mind the local drug dealers in the complex, who usually don't cause any trouble, Celery Stalks apartments off of arapaho and hillcrest in dallas aren't bad or pricey.

I just read the thing about 45, thats like waaay on the other side of dallas, yeah, can't help you with that one. I'm a plano bitch)

I would say look somewhere around the uptown area, it may be kind of pricey though. Addison is another good area, lots of stuff to do around there.

go to google and type in "dallas apt guide" and then click on a site. Most sites will ask you to select an area which is nice. Then, start researching and calling places. thats what i did for my place I just got in Austin.

Yes I have heard of this "google" before and use it well smile.gif

I made the post to get people's opinions who've lived there. And what's nice around that area.
