Leftover homemade pot pie. Filling was fresh red potatoes, onion, pattypan squash, and spinach, plus frozen peas, carrots, corn and leftover rotisserie chicken. I'm gonna have to make a bigger batch next time, so I have more for leftovers... LOL.

We had Tex-Mex. Chuy's. Yum!

I don't know if it's me or the Chuy's I used to go to but the food has been TERRIBLE. I used to like it and would look forward to going to Chuy's when I got back into town...Now I avoid it like the plague.

One of my friends at Raytheon used to work at Chuy's. I'll ask her what is up.

Coincidentally, I also had curry. Not Zach's recipe, though. It was a Thai red curry w/ chicken, mango, sweet potato, red potato, and onion. Very versatile -- could've added quite a variety of veggies.

So call me a huge nerd, but I tried one of those "mana potion" drinks. I usually try new stuff in the long Fry's check out line. I'm not much for the energy drinks, but this wasn't too bad. Had a really strong flavor to it. Kinda a super-concentrated blueberry-sour flavor. Not real sure WTF all this crap is though:

Nifty little container to keep once you get that wrapper off of it.
