I lived at Raiders Pass for a year and had nothing but problems with the area around the complex (including the Heritage). My truck was broken into twice, I had kids trying to sell me stuff while their "cousins" stood behind them and gave me the evil eye, and I witnessed a full out assault on a middle-aged guy who was walking north on Indiana.

when all the "katrina victims" moved into the intern is when things really got bad.

I wouldn't be crying if my car had been broken into either. I would want them to be arrested for a more serious crime so they serve serious time.
