So it's failed program AGAIN?

That's ok, lots of illegitimate children are good for the economy.

Well, I think abstinence education works well for higher income kids, but lower income kids just need to be taught how to wrap and dam it up.

Lower income kids know how to prevent pregnancy. They just don't give a shit enough to prevent it

1. Poor kids steal, making the cost irrelevant

2. Numerous places pass out free condoms, including planned parenthood and other social organizations.

yah, cuz all kids want to waste time traveling to the Planned Parenthood to pick up condoms, a place where it's kind of embarrassing to even be seen within 100 yards.

Also, not all poor kids steal.

Well, where did they fall on this list? Oh that's right the article conveniently didn't provide the list. Remember, it says the national average is 47.8% and Texas is at 52.9%. Is California "not having a problem" at 51.3%? And Texas has like 75% of our border with Mexico and I would venture to guess has by far the most illegal immigrants if you compare those states.

Haha ok... they're going to steal something that allows them to be responsible... right... Next you're gonna tell me they should steal suits & ties so they can go to a job interview...

The government passes out free college money for them, and they don't take that. what the hell makes you think they're going to go get condoms if they wont get free money?

And your guess would be by far wrong.

http://www.statemaster.com/graph/peo_est_n...egal-immigrants

California has twice the number of illegal immigrants. However, both states have approximately the same pregnancy rates from data I've read from Google research. That would suggest that there is not a strong correlation between illegal immigrants and teen pregnancy rates.

I'll agree with you that the social life not the programs taught in school rule the yard.
