1 line is for direct 1 on 1 customer service, 2 lines are to fool people into thinking line 2 and 3 are direct for customer service, line 2 is for cell phone accessories only, line 3 is actually the exit door, line 5 is for new accounts obviously, and line 6 is for direct access clowns
