24 years and 9 months ago, your parents made the biggest mistake of their lives.

Just kidding!

Well, I am in the early stages of labor... that can last a couple of hours or a couple of days. I know I am in the early stages though. sad.gif I just want the process to speed up. I thought it was. Apparently, I am supposed to stay at home until I am having a contraction every 3-5 minutes for 2 hours. That way, when I get there, I will only be in labor and delivery for like 3-5 hours instead of 18+ hours.

Yeah, well, the thing is there is something called Braxton Hicks contractions. They are fake contractions that start happening around the 5th month that prepare the body for real contractions. They weren't painful for the longest time, but some women complain that they are. I thought they felt kinda cool. Anyways, I guess it could have been painful Braxton Hicks contractions I had last night, but I was also having other signs of labor. I went to the doctor yesterday and she did something to me that is supposed to speed the process up. Immediately after she did it, I started having all these weird things happen... stuff that only happens right before you into labor and then I was also having contractions that were kinda painful... nothing unbearable. I called labor and delivery last night to ask when I should go in since I live an hour from the hospital I am supposed to deliver at. I told them my symptoms, and she said it sounded like I was in the very early stages of labor, but it could be a few hours or a few days. I woke up this morning, and I feel pretty good. Soooo great sad.gif I still have signs but they got kinda less. Oh well. I'm gonna go for a long walk later to speed the process up. heh

Happy Birthday Christine!!!

--------------------
A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?
